Staff friendly, specially Claudio. Room towels changed every day. Free towels for the swimming pool. Free towels, umbrellas and chairs in the beach. Access to beach via Lincoln Road, the very same access used by Ritz Carlton guests. Free cookies at front desk 24/7. Safety vault in the room. Good price if you compare to competitors.

Perfect service - staff is absolutely THE BEST. Lovely and helpful people. We felt like home! Nice area around the pool! Breakfast by the pool with iguanas is one of the best memories :) Delicious pancakes and waffles with strawberries. Beach really close to the hotel - always with fresh towels and a bottle of water. Fresh baked chip choc cookies at the reception desk. Guys you take care of such little things that makes stay in your hotel a lovely experience! Thank you and see you next time :)

Also one block from the beach, where chairs and umbrella are offered free of charge. Beach/Pool towels provided. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful, friendly, can´t praise enough. Bedrooms are good-sized, new bed-linen and plenty of pillows. Free bottles of water available at reception. Valet service at US$ 42 + taxes/night.

This is a great hotel! Very friendly staff, always ready to help. We arrived well before check-in, but we were immediately allowed to use the pool and sunbeds on the beach while we waited. Everything was clean in the room, it was very quiet, there were special curtains that closed from sunlight. And we slept great! Cleaning every day. Great pool (it's not big, but not small). I would recommend this hotel

We loved the decor and lobby bar. The location was great. It is an easy walk one block to the beach and a great walk to South Beach fun. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also liked the pool. It was small but very nice. The welcome Mojito was lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower was also very nice. There are three wonderful breakfast bakeries right next door.
